I have been to them multiple times with exhaust problems that were very bad and other companys would have dinged me for every dollar they could. Iowa Muffler did me solid at what I could afford. So I went to IMB today just looking for a quote. They pulled my truck in right away and gave me a free quote. They gave me my options and got to my truck in no joke less then an hour of me being there and got my exhaust work done and did an amazing job. Their customer service was unbelievably amazing. They were very personable and got everything done right. So thankful I stopped in, thank you guys and girls at IMB for the great work and service I will always bring my vehicles to you!!!

I went to see about my muffler and it needed to be replaced. They showed me the problem and fixed it while I waited. Very professional and honest people. I received yesterday a hand written note thanking me for my business. More businesses need to have a first class act like this. Very impressive.
