Whitaker Marketing Group is fantastic. I needed some advice on the sale of some land in a family trust. They provided a comprehensive plan on the options of methods of sale, how the process works, and provided a cost assessment of the property and transparent details of their fee structure which were more than fair. They continued to follow up, even when it became apparent that we may not need to use their realtor service, a decision which they handled with integrity.

My boyfriend and I just bought some things from one of their personal property auctions and are extremely disappointed. Nothing that we bought looks anything like the pictures that were posted. There weren't any pictures showing the damage on 99% of what we paid for. Stickers and/or tape - on everything, that have either left marks or tore away what was underneath them.
