extortion at it's finest also failure to comply with medical records requests in accordance with iowa law 622.10 your policy does not trump the law and you shouldn't write policy that doesn't conform with the law 3 employees told me their is some new law that changed that they can't print my medical records off my cpap which they have the proprietary software to do unless i agree to pay for another visit umm no iowa law states i can demand my medical records at any time and there is no law stating how many visits i do or don... read more

Young man working told me the machine I wanted was only available online. Upon return with my machine to make sure the pressure was working properly, he shook his head and said he would only check the pressure if I paid him $50. Since both encounters with the company left me feeling hopeless, I drove to Nucara, formerly Hammer and they had no problem helping me.
The people there are very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and get the supplies that I needed for my old machine in a very timely manner. The one gal, Catie is super nice and experienced with her stuff. Thank you! :)
