Most appalling experience today at Inwood village pediatrics. This is NOT a review of Dr. Hamner who we love (5 * for her). This is about their receptionist staff and office manager. Without mentioning medical details about my child, I will say that I was quite frustrated when I could not get my child seen before going into a 3 day weekend and was told by them to “just go to urgent care” -it was late around 4 on a Friday. This practice is awesome! They have kind empathetic pediatricians that give practical advice in laymen’s terms. Nice for people like me that know nothing about medicine. I really appreciate the quality of care that my children have received. Due to the unpredictable nature of kid’s illness we have seen many of the providers here. The MDs and PAs that work at Inwood Village are clearly very well educated and trained .

Don’t come here. They just want to make money and don’t care about your child. If you want your child to get the right diagnosis and treatment, run to another provider. Don’t see Dr Grace Khouri, she’s the worst.

They charge you for after hours calls. What that means is they pay for a service so they don't have to take calls after hours. They then pass that charge on to their patients.

This office has called my phone several times throughout the day. I called in to find out why they were calling and the young lady that answered the call was completely rude and disrespectful and hang up on me twice. I was trying to figure out what type of pediatric office this is as my kid has several pediatric doctors which includes specialists, but this lady has no patience and does not know the definition of pediatric.
