Unfortunately since Dr Stephan has been gone this practice has gone down hill. Boni at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and confrontational. She also enjoys gossiping about other patients private matters in front of other patients. There is not a real dr at this location and NP Margaret White is the sole provider. During my visit she was all over the place and gave no real advice or plan as to how to continue forward with my care. The practice is a mess. While Margaret White is a good provider her office staff is absolutely abysmal. They are consistently rude and scatter brained. Very unprofessional and disorganized practice. Avoid.
Dr Stephan is kind, professional, and truly listens. They explained everything clearly and made me feel supported during a difficult time. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend them.
