In spring of 2019 I brought my laptop here for a simple fix I was told would take a few days but ended up taking a month due to some problems the business was having. The owner was professional and apologized, along with gave me a discount. However in the August 2019 I had the same problem with my laptop and brought it back to get fixed. Again I was told it would be fixed in under a week. I was out of town, and during such cases, I reply on my employees to handle incoming work and repairs, as needed. I manage a small team, and don't do all the repairs myself.
