Beth uses the talents of her trade to identify all the knotted tight areas of my muscular system to provide much needed relief from the pain. What started out as a session just to relax has evolved into part of a regime that has allowed me to remain much more active and productive as a coach who spends many hours a day on my feet. Beth, thanks for helping to extend my coaching career!
Beth was professional and skilled. She knew where to apply pressure without pain. I usually feel like massages aren't long enough but the timing and how she moved around the body was great. She did cupping which was new to me. I am not sore the next day which is nice considering how much work she put into my shoulder tension (as requested). Will return!
It was exactly what I needed. She asked lots of questions to find out just what I wanted from the appointment. Can’t wait to return again.
