We ate at the restaurant on Tuesday, May 26th. My date and I were very disappointed with the meal. I had bits of crab shell in one course and the hay custard was inedible in both our opinions. We were not able to eat beyond a mouthful and that was too much. We did however have the opportunity to watch others as they tasted that first bite. Wonderful dinner at Intro tonight. May I please have a big tub of the potatoes with crispy chicken skin to take home. If I were not in good company, probably would have licked the bowl! Every course was great.
Great dinner. Very nice fusion of hearty Midwestern staples with bright and acidic notes. Professional staff and personable chef CJ Jacobson. We would be fortunate if he decides to stay in Chicago...just wait for Summer!
