This jewel box of a dining room tucked away in the Belden-Stratford apartment building has evolved from a sort of restaurant incubator hosting a series of chefs and their limited-run concepts, into a sure-footed operation consistently headed by Chef Stephen Gillanders. Blonde wood, a chic mix of furniture styles, and espresso-stained wood tables are an appropriate backdrop for the sophisticated clientele Intro receives. This talented kitchen sends out prettily plated fare like white shrimp transformed into ceviche with haban... read more

Thanks so much for the review! It was our pleasure having you!
Third visit here and same feeling - a very variable experience. Cocktail were flavorless, some great and some totally forgettable courses - the desert and the truffle croquettes were amazing.

Amazing food! Service was a bit of an issue. However every place has its days.

Food was great. Server was average at best. Not the experience I expected.
Business response:
Hey Gary - we are sorry about your experience. Can you email us at SocialBD@leye.com?
Service was good. Food was good. Enjoyed the original L2O better. Probably won't go back. Nothing great. They could have taken additional steps to improve presentation, polish service and offer that "special" experience.
Business response:
We are sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us but appreciate your feedback. If you'd like to discuss further, please email us at SocialBD@leye.com
The food is delicious - interesting and unusual takes on simple dishes. The service is a bit... off? I'm not sure if it is due to running 3 "restaurants" in the same space (Intro, Pith, and Naoki) but everything was slow - from the amount of time it took to be greeted at the door, to the time it took to order, to the time between courses, to the time it took to get the bill and pay. Nothing was "bad" but at that price point, you expect the service to be a bit more attentive.

Thank you for the feedback! If you'd like to discuss further, please email us at SocialBD@leye.com. We are so glad you enjoyed the food!
Service was bad, food was tasty but insanely overpriced and not all it was cracked up to be. Might have just been the chef on rotation when I was there, but not a quality place.
Business response:
We are sorry you feel that way - can you email us at SocialBD@leye.com? We'd like to discuss this further.
