Reliable! I was moving to Texas from the east coast and needed to find a rental sight-unseen. I wasn't very happy about this situation because I like to see what I'm getting into before I make major purchases. Kristin told me that she would not pick out something for me that she wouldn't rent herself. It was so comforting to know that she really cared and wasn't just after commission. Kristin recommended a lovely apartment community for us and it has worked out perfectly. I highly recommend her!
Terrific! Kristin was a super agent to work with. She helped us buy a condo in downtown Austin and then rented it for us. We live out of state and know that we can call on her for help with our unit at any time. She is super organized, easy to work with and enjoyable to be with.
