This review is not about the medical service at this location, its about trying to get some radiology tests scheduled. I've called twice now and been put on hold for over 5 minutes. The calling tree to try to get to the right department is ridiculous! After bouncing around from department to department, I am giving up and going to get my tests done at NWM downtown chicago.
