I'm a new customer; my product has never worked properly as long as I have had it. Their support/technical department is not knowledgeable on the product they sell, they only tell you they will need to send a technician out and they are not able to answer technical questions. I waited weeks for a callback from a technician, and then they tell me the phone minutes are billable.
Bought Access Logic, hired an inexperienced manager and proceeded to loose every government contract they inherited. Wouldn’t recommend working for this owner.
