Interstate was the only vendor that responded to my request for an estimate.
After installation, no communication or coordination provided on use of system. No follow-up to determine level of satisfaction with product. After contacting main office, someone came out same day to go over the system and address my questions. Would have preferred that Salesperson did the follow-up after install and then made arrangements to go over system with me. UPDATED RATING: As noted below, the initial installation was wonderful; however, getting the water turned on this Spring has been a major disaster including incorrectly scheduled appointments, rude office staff, phone calls and emails not returned. I will never use them again. The work was done in one day and they did such a great job putting it in and cleaning up that I could hardly tell they'd been there. Very professional service and installation. Cost was very reasonable relative to other quotes given the quality and quantity of the materials they used. Seemed to be a very trustworthy business that I would go back to again.
