The service was exceptional compared to every other irrigation service I attempted to hire in Arlington or Fairfax counties. This was the only company that was professional, and stayed true to their word in diagnosing problems in our irrigation system. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Technician was punctual, knowledgeable courteous and very helpful. Service was provided at a competitive price.
Workers came on time and did a great job with installation of new copper pipe. Job took about 2 days and workers made sure that everything was put back in place. Would highly recommend.
I would recommend Interstate for annual turn-on/off maintenance but not for new installations. My initial request was to add a zone to my existing system -- and it took them three visits before they were able to fulfill that request. Their lack of proactive communication was frustrating because it required me to call each time to find out why the order hadn't been fulfilled properly. Kenneth was excellent. Personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Installation went well and I'm happy although I had understood they would add another electrical plug in outlet for the system which they did not do, and unpluged my hot tub to accomodate the install. The workers did a good job except did not take as much care as I was expecting with existing plantings in the gardens and a few things were damaged or destroyed. Overall, I'm happy for the fall installation and the good price.
Very pleased with the company and their service. We have signed a service agreement and look forward to their return in the Spring.
