I like everything! – I like everything, of the location, room, price, facilities, hotel staff, confort, cleanlines of room. Everything was perfect

Great Location – If you get a room on one of the lower floors, go up to the top floor and look out. It's a great location and a great price.
Fantastic – The location is fantastic. Have stayed at Pennsylvania before and for the grade it is very comfortable and clean. The reception staff are polite. Never had any issues.
The staff were very cordial and responsive. The room is perfectly acceptable for someone who wants a room to sleep in. I will be back.
Great price for NYC!!! – I was happy with my recent stay at the Hotel Pennsylvania. Great price for NYC!! Location doesn't get much better. Didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room but it was a great place to crash at the end of the day.
Magnificent – The location of the hotel is magnificent opposite Madison Square Gardens and the Empire State Building directly behind, Times Square a five minute walk away. If you have never been to New York Before it is an ideal base for finding your way around the city & the hotel can arrange excursions. New York is a truly amazing city for the sights and Shopping well worth a visit.
Location location location – Our room was on the 14th floor, it was clean although not large. The reception area was so busy morning and night. We had no complaints whatsoever, perfectly adequate to sleep in and comfortable. We even met people who had stayed there again and again. Ideal location with plenty of restaurants and it felt safe.
Recommend to anyone visiting New York! – This hotel is in the best location for anyone coming to New York to see what the city has to offer. Directly across the road from Penn Station subway, next to Macy's, Empire State Building, few blocks from Time Square. Clean rooms & all staff were very helpful & friendly whenever you need something. Would stay here again & recommend to anyone visiting New York.
