Would not stay again- just okay – When I walked into the lobby of this hotel I thought I had walked into the wrong place. It looked like an airport. There were hundreds of people! There were easily 80-100 people in the sitting area with luggage. There were about 50 people in line to check in. There were people everywhere. good & quiet hotel – NY for sure is not 5 star but anyhow good value for money. located on main street of town it is easy to reach by all means of transport, incl walking. It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals.us They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Fantastic Everything – The hotel was clean, the front desk and temporary luggage storage staff were extremely kind and helpful, our room on the 12th floor was great, and the hotel's location is simply fantastic. We stayed in a Penn 5000 room, so we had complimentary breakfast (bagels, pastries, and oj) every morning and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and Internet access 24 hours per day. I have absolutely no complaints.
Friendly, Efficient, and Helpful – The hotel staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful...all in a way that prevents a huge hotel from being impersonal.
Very Satisfied – Came in town for the weekend. We are very satisfied with Pennsylvania Hotel. Our room was very comfortable. The hotel location is really good. Staff was great, our room was kept clean and we were even given an upgrade when the Internet wasn't working in my room.
Very Convenient – This hotel was perfectly located next to Penn Station and was very convenient for my husband and me. Bathroom was clean and had good water pressure.
My fiance and I spent Valentine's day in the city and spent our evening here. This place is beautiful, very comfortable and posh, the kind of thing you want for a romantic weekend. The room was extremely clean, well decorated and comfortable and the bathroom was huge. It was exactly what you'd want. Fabulous!
