Had I looked at the reviews first I would have probably never even pulled on the lot, absolutely no service after the sale it rained the day after the purchase and leaked so bad I had over 3" of water in the glove box from the sun roof being faulty Took it back then (Steve) proceeded to act like he had it looked at and obviously didn't because nothing had changed, brought the truck back and he tells me he didn't care what I did with it, i would leave negative stars if i could, I will never go back! Horrible experience, called and ordered a part over the phone. Explained to parts worker the part I needed and he explained that the part that was being ordered was correct. Explained that the part would have to be paid for before ordering, was transferred to cashier paid over phone by card. Asked for a email copy of receipt from cashier and was told the parts worker would send me a copy. Never received copy called 2-3 more times requesting copy of receipt. Absolutely horrible service department. Buy your vehicle somewhere else to avoid if possible. Three weeks for an appointment then they still can’t get to it. Lie straight to your face and they will NOT answer the phone. Wish I could give negative stars.
Interstate Dodge is a total rip off they rude and get mad when you call them out on they wrongs and John and Lenord are the worst ever to deal with they even talk to the other side of the Hyundai side they have a problem they are willing to try to understand from a customer standpoint but the Dodge side is sad and I will have them investigated for my 21 Dodge Challenger that I kept asking the to check and service the car and they refused to service the they hold money they owe you but I will not stop till I get to corporate ... read more
Bought a palisade from a guy named Jj and he printed a car fax showing everything was good on the car and even stated he wouldn’t sell anything that had been wrecked to no one because his reputation was on the line as a salesman and went to trade it in today and the car had indeed been previously wrecked and we was completely lied to and given falsified documents saying it wasn’t wrecked. We paid 55k for a wrecked vehicle that’s worth 33k as it sits right now. It’s bad business and I’m definitely seeking legal help
