Carlos and his service crew took my car, figure out what was wrong, and fixed it... It took them a couple of weeks but gave me a loaner car, kept me informed on what they were doing, and had it running better then before. Reno Dodge never talked to me and basically gave me back my car that was broke and didn't care. Although, I do not normally write reviews, but in this case I wanted to let everyone know that Carlos went out of his way to fix my car.

So I wasn't even sure if I'd be approved for financing an almost new 2015 Nissan Altima. Not only was I approved at a fair APR but they also paid 4000 for my trade-in which I know was not worth that amount they also paid all taxes on the Nissan is well ! Will definitely go again for my husband :)

I bought my car from Internet Auto Rent and Sales five months ago. I take my care there to get serviced. The mechanics there are good to me. Today I called because my breaks are making a noise. I was concerned. Conoly told me to bring my car in. They checked it and all was good. He said they were just dirty and they cleaned them for me. I was do for an oil change and they took care of that as well. Thanks guys.

I went to this dealership about a week ago. My expectations were not very high after reading the reviews on the place however their selection of used cars was extensive so I thought I'd take a look. I was approached by a young salesman who after talking to him didn't know a whole lot about the cars or incentives however he introduced me to his sales manager zach. I went to Inetnet last Saturday to trade in my car..My sales person was Omar.. I told him I wanted to trade my car in for the Chev Malbiu that they had in stock...I test drive the Chev and totally love it!!! Omar and his staff made that happen for me...I've bought three car from Internet never had any problems...The staff there is so " AWESOME " and very Professional all the way a round....Thank You Omar, Vinney and Misty..You guys are the"BEST"
