I sincerely hate car shopping, so I try and do most of my research and find what I want online, but in today's world most the cars online have been sold or is not up to date. I went to the the lot of Kietzke and spoke with a salesman, who for once, wasn't pushy. He listened to what I wanted, showed me a few vehicles until I found what I liked. JOSE GONZALEZ IS THE MAN!!!! He gave us the chance to test drive a couple vehicles and was as helpful as can be. I am glad we were able to drive off the lot with our first new car. All thanks to Jose! He approached us with a smile and right away we knew we came to the right place. I highly recommend going here for a car.

My husband and I decided to go look at cars, and as soon as we got to the lot we were welcome right away by TIM TICKNOR. He has to be the most patient and helpful sales man I have ever met (and I have be in sales & customer service for a long time in the past). Tim answered every question I had no matter how crazy it was. He listened to exactly what type of car I wanted and things I did not want in the car. Brought my Honda in to get an oil change and new tires. They were nice, professional and fast. Got a great deal on the tires. We had some trouble with the locks on the wheels, luckily I remembered that I had the key hidden under all the junk in my trunk. Yes mom, I know I need to clean my trunk out. LOL. While waiting, I walked around and looked at some cars. Sales staff were pleasant (yes, I used the word pleasant, dang I'm getting old) and helpful.

Shopped a car here recently. Saw one I was interested in. I had a very friendly and helpful salesman and got a really good deal. I didn't take it because I found another make that fit my needs better. Internet had one of those but it had more mileage than I wanted. I'll definitely include them any time I'm looking to buy a car.

I'll admit, I was reluctant to go here. I'd priced cars here in 2005 and found the prices very high and the salespeople arrogant and rude. I checked the current Yelp reviews and they are almost exclusively one star. However my current experience has been the opposite. I only came here to test drive some models I'd picked out as purchase options to see if they were comfortable and drove well. I had no intention to buy. Went here with absolutely no credit and drove out with a car!!!! Kyle and team were professional and got us out of there as soon as they could. Everybody was nice and helpful. I couldn't stress enough that I have no credit at all. And my payments are not out of this world. Thank you employees of internet auto for making my time there easy!!!
