Our car died and the cost was so much to repair We decided to cut our losses and look at replacing it, purchasing another car. We went to Internet auto sales and worked with Lance O. He was amazing we weren't really sure what we wanted he guided us thinking of us and our payment, gas mileage since we live so far from town I have bought a lot of cars in my life and this was by far the fastest easiest auto purchase ever thank you to LANCE O. And the finance team for making this work.
I purchased my vehicle a few months ago from them and last week my charging system started acting up so I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at by their service center. Honestly it was a good experience with them. Carlos the service manager saw me waiting outside for them to open up and let me in early. He and all the staff were very polite and helpful and kept me updated on the status with my car. It turned out to be an easy fix and the got me out of there pretty quick.
The managers at the dealership said they would meet their word of agreement. So far I found this to be true. If my truck is complete at the end of the week with the promises said I will have no issues.
We had a great experience working with Brian Kelfoz! No pressure, and he went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend to others!
I bought a 2012 Nissan Quest at Internet Auto Rent and Sales and I am very happy with my experience and would send everyone to them to purchase their next vehicle. Fast and friendly. I went in, sold my previous car to them and purchased another all within a couple hours. GREAT service.
I went to the new company in town first. The one that claims to finance anyone. What a nightmare ! So we stopped by Internet. Danny S. Was our sales guy and was outstanding ! He has a Superman tattoo on his hand and I believe he truly is superman. Had us financed and in a newer, cheaper car in less than an hour. We plan on returning for all our cars.
Stopped by one day to look at possibly buying a truck. Clint welcomed me and showed me a few trucks. One caught my eye. I explained I don't want to haggle, that I wanted the fairest price he could give me out the gate, and let's get the deal done. Between Clint and Vinny, they did exactly what they said they would do. No BS. Clint was the first sales person I ever ran into that didn't try to shove something down my throat. His partner in crime, Misty was also awesome. I had a 5 star experience. Thank you!
I had to goto the service center because my battery was dead and Carlos took care of me I would recommend anyone to this place for a vehicle or to have your vehicle serviced
