Worst place I’ve been to. No professionalism at all. I made appointment to be seen at specific time. Twenty mins later I was told doctor running late and will take two hours more to see her... Front Desk staff showed no empathy or concern. I had to walk out. Front office just said OK and that was it. What a waist of my valuable time

My first appointment with International Opticians was fantastic. Best appointment & overall optician experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was super nice and helpful and made my check in process so smooth. She even called to confirm my appointment request before they opened in the morning. Mandy was very professional, patient, and helpful too! Definitely highly recommended!!
