I couldn't be happier with my floors.
They arrived quite early the first day and came back 2 days later, which delayed other contractors. They did not clean out the empty cabinets as requested, clean the laundry room or the stairs and railing. The kitchen was only minimally done.
Business response:
I've been on the trade for over 35 years. I know very well the difference between a sealer and a finish. What I haven't learned yet is how to differentiate the good from the bad customers. When someone tries to not to pay the full amount of the bill and comes up with all kind of excuses, that should be a tip. I guess.
Post Harvey construction clean up. Only did about 50 percent of the work needed. Set appt to come back and clean the missed spots and then was unable to make that appt!
They were very helpful to me with me. They do exceptional work. I would highly recommend them.
I wish I had know about International Cleaning years ago. I could have saved my wood floors. Great Company to do business with.
I hired them to refurbish my parent's hardwood floors and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend their services. Would like for the workers to know English. Was able to fumble through the communication issue, but shouldn't have to.
Very happy with price and finished product. I was disappointed on the late hour it took to finish. This did not take away from their good work, just would have been nice to let us know upfront that the work would go into the night. I recommend them and will use them again to clean my tile.
The company sent two employees to do their cleaning without adequate cleaning supplies or equipment. They did not complete cleaning in all areas of the house before the owner/supervisor (Diego) said that their would be additional charge if they were to return to finish the job. There was no invoice provided. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone. The house was damaged during Hurricane Harvey and was very dusty from replacement of sheet rock and floors and is still dusty in some areas.
