While they removed 80% of the wax buildup on my floor, they scratched the floor with their bucket. They also pour the chemical and lents down in the sink where disposal is and didnâ t run water so the dirty chemical water just sit in the disposal tub.

Refinished my 64-year-old wood floors which had been poorly cared for and made them look new. They did a great job and were very fast. I give them the highest marks for a job well done. -Michael
