The crew did an adequate job of removing post construction dust. During the 1st walkthrough of the home, I made the mistake of not pointing out every single surface that I wanted cleaned after Diego assured me that his crew did this type of work frequently and knew what they were doing. I wouldn't call what they did a ?detail clean?... many surfaces were missed. He did send the crew back to ?touch up? at no cost. They revived my 18 year old wood floors! Many years of furniture scratches completely gone. Very impressive.
This home used to be from smokers, the tile had embedded buildup Nicotine and some greasy grout by the kitchen. International cleaning took care of the deepest dirt and sticky nicotine built up. I recommend them 100%.
