STAY AWAY! – These people are awful. They send fliers in the mail and pay for advertisements on the radio. I went to the new location on Miller Lane. The flyer said they paid $1200 for a 1/2 carat diamond. I went in with my .60 diamond and they offered me $60. Yes $60. Needless to say they offered me pennies for everything else I brought in. It is really shameful!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! – This past Christmas my husband went into this store and purchase three diamond jewelry items. On Christmas morning, when opened, two of the three items were defective! One gold bracelet had a clasp that was too small and would not close properly so it fell off when worn. It cost me $45 to take to a reputable jeweler to repair. He also purchased a diamond necklace and it had the same problem. bad place to take anything there – I just wanted to say how dissappointed I was with this store. They advertise that they buy silver coins and other old money and antique items. In their ad they say we will pay 13 times the value of coins if they are silver coins(pre 1935 or 1965). I thought that sounded pretty good. So, I took my things up there to be sold. beware – I have a feeling one of these reviews was written by an owner or employee- it is not accurate. They are out to make a buck and not customer service. (as are most jewerly stores) They will do their best to take advantage of people who have no idea what the value of a piece should be, both buying and selling. Use great caution and shop around, so you can be informed.

Great Service, Great Prices, No Problems – International Diamond Jewelers has been open for 28 years and i have been using this store for all of my jewelry needs for close to 20 years. I have been around business all my life and they are a well handeled company that has great service and even better prices. AVOID if you want to get a fair price for your jewelry. I found pawn shops & other similar types of businesses to be much more reputable. – I asked my husband to go to this store and check out what they would pay for many fine pieces of jewelry. After receiving a phone call from my husband about what they would pay, I asked him to simply decline their offer and bring the jewelry back home.
