what crooks. I took diamonds in to sell. Heather looked @ a few, took down all the sizes and grades, went back to the 'owner' and came back with a price of $300 for a .83 carat diamond. I knew right then they were scammers. I told her that was way low, I already had an offer of twice that for that stone. then she wanted to play car dealer games with me. I got disgusted and left. so I took them to a highly rated BBB jeweler. I was offered $1200 for the same diamond, no hassles. I sold all the diamonds there. IDG was trying to... read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to the one on Miller Lane and bought both my engagement ring and later wedding band. I walk in to get sized and look at some engagement rings. She pulls out one that I fell in love with, and mentioned that they were doing 52% off sale that ended that day. So we ended up buying it (sounds like an awesome deal). First of all I found the SAME EXACT RING online for LESS than what I paid for WITH the discount. Secondly, I thought I chipped the stone, so I take it in there. Some newbie looks at the ring, doe... read more

These people are thieves and get away with it, they bought over $1000 dollars worth of jewelry that was stolen from my house from a 19 yo boy. when I went in with the boy to get it back almost immediately they told me that they had melted it down and it was no long in the store. I asked for my stones that came from the jewelry back then and they informed me that they do not do that. they knew good and well that the jewelry was stolen.........................I called the police and they informed me that all I could do was fil... read more

They bought my great grandmothers diamond wedding ring (1 carat) for $30 dollars after it was stolen from my house. When I found out and caught the creep who did it, I marched his butt in there and tried to get it back. Less than 3 hours later. They said it had already been melted down and shipped off. So to recap. They buy stolen property then get rid of the evidence as soon as possible. Horrible business ethics, and crappy management. The "manager" aka rat faced a hole, couldn't care less and told me he is fine with the bu... read more

Avoid Avoid Avoid – I went to the store on Miller Lane because they advertised 2 and 3 ct diamonds in the Reach magazine. The discount sounded great. I asked the sales person to show me the diamonds from the ad. She proceeded to show me everything but what was advertised. After a long tme she came out with a nice diamond to make another sales pitch and a diamond that looked like cloudy rock salt or dried glue. This cloudy diamond was the 2 ct version being advertised on sale for approx $4000.00 dollars/ marked down over 50% ... read more

HORRIBLE – ZERO ZERO ZERO -- do not sell gold to this company. They will take advantage of you. I always wondered how they paid their rent, as you NEVER see a customer shopping in their store. I now know --- please do not shop here!

Not For Real – If I could rate this company a zero star rating, I would. Today, I went in to see how much they would really give for my roll of 1964 dimes (90% silver). Their recent ad says they will give 24 X face value. The man walked off to the backroom with my dimes before i could say anything! He came back with $65 dollars for my $120 value in dimes. Crazy--he must have thought I was dumb or something if he thought I was going to fall for his low offer of $65. . I told him that's not what his ad in the paper says. So, h... read more
