stupid customers After reading the reviews on this page I want to state that the people who had problems with selling their old gold....once given an offer...if you dont like it then say no. Your husband signed the papers...done deals. Thats his fault and not the store. Maybe he should of called you BEFORE he signed. I will be going to this store in the next two weeks to get my 3 piece wedding set.
low ball artists, not jewelers if I could rate them a zero, I would. what crooks. I took diamonds in to sell. Heather looked @ a few, took down all the sizes and grades, went back to the 'owner' and came back with a price of $300 for a .83 carat diamond. I knew right then they were scammers. I told her that was way low, I already had an offer of twice that for that stone. then she wanted to play car dealer games with me.
