Dr. Grill is the best! My husband and I have been patients for 5 years. She takes her time with you and listens. She is really good with following up on labs and tests. She communicates really well with MyChart.

I have had to change doctors because Im 'too complicated,.' Dr. Grill manages all of my issues and refers me to appropriate specialists when needed. She takes the time needed to listen and to explain everything. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment, however she will contact you and get whatever is needed to you. She is knowledgeable and keeps up on all of my ongoing problems and preventative care as well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a Primary Care doctor

She is The Worst doctor in the Tampa area. The poor staff doc is in a rush and never gives the patient the care and time to answer their questions. She is looking at it as a business-flipping customer. We are patients, not customers, and I am so happy because people are giving their opinions here read before you go, and if you can stay away from this office run

Dr Grill is one of those rare doctors who takes time and actually listens to patients. I trust my health in her care. My low rating is because the office staff has yet to correct two wrongly coded bloodwork orders (once from Feb 2021 and a second time Feb 2022). I’ve spoken to numerous office staff there over the two years, provided the correct corse of action Quest needs to correct this (to refund me and to stop a collections notice), and still the office has not helped. It’s frustrating and disappointing.

As a new patient, I came to Dr. Grill with a confusing, complicated, painful history. She executed her gifted medical skills with a methodical diagnostic investigation process. At times I saw Amber Harvey, her PA. I was impressed with her experience and how in-sync, and uniquely she addressed my level of care. I had high hopes and was impressed with Dr Grill and her staff at my first appointment 6 months ago but since then my experiences have been subpar. Communication is very poor, MyChart messages are ignored and her staff nurse never calls back. It is incredibly frustrating! In person appointments can be rushed and robotic. I now feel like a number and not a patient that is cared for. I am disappointed and dissatisfied.

Made an appt 3 month ago, re-scheduled, take time off work, go to appt. And the lady said I didn’t have an appt. Never tried to fix problem, or help me. Just said there was nothing. Didn’t try to re schedule me for a third try.

Dr. Grill has been my Internal Medicine doctor for nearly 15 years. She is so caring and compassionate. I have multiple health issues that she successfully helps me manage. I see multiple physician specialists and she coordinates all of my care in conjunction with other specialists she has referred me to. Every specialist she has sent me to has also been a really great doctor. I have referred my family & friends to her and every one of them has had good experiences with Dr. Grill.
