The doctor here are good. The front office is horrible. Do you want a front office that treats you like a number and not a person. Then this is the place for you. Do you want a place that calls you up and does not introduce who they are or who they represent. They just ask your name. Then this is the place for you. Treated like "old people don't count". Incorrect orders sent to imaging. Prescriptions not called in. Test results not verbillized
The Internal Medicine Associates and Dr. Carames are wonderful. I do not know what the other reviews are talking about. I am very choosy when it comes to doctors and trust me when I say that this place is better than most. The staff is VERY professional and always busy making sure all the records are correct and up to date. Dr. Carames is so professional and he actually listens to your concerns and answers all questions that you may have.
