The staff on every level were professional and personalble. In the hospital setting each individual stated their name and in what capacity they were to help me. Their interactions gave a genuine feeling that they saw me as a person not just a patient. The hospital setting was clean. Every step ran smoothly, giving me a sense of confidence in everyone who attended my needs.
