Very clean office, was in and out in less than an hour. The Dr. was very kind, asked questions, sent our prescriptions right over. They didn't push Us to do anything we didn't want to. Well staffed, was helpful & seemed like they were all busy working, doing their part. The Office was easy to find, was a clean, all new furnishings and We will return in 6 mos for check up.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over a week and every single time that I called I get put on hold from their AI system for over 20 minutes. Until now I haven’t been successful to speak to someone. Worst customer service if you can call that customer service. As of right now looking for new options for my son this is ridiculous. I understand one time trying to get in contact but it’s been over a week that I been trying at a different times and nobody picks up the phone. Whats going on? I have been trying to schedule an urgent appointment for my daughter with no luck, no one is answering the phone, i tried multiple times, different days for long hours but still nothing! Very disappointed!!!
