I called while in crisis and through tears. It took all my effort and concentration to ask how to get there because I could not find the door to the access center while parked by the emergency center. A Mike spoke to me like I was an idiot when I tried asking a clarification question. I hung up and drove home still in crisis. This person is a liability and should not be working in a place that requires care and compassion.

She was immediately abrasive and dismissive. She told me, after I disclosed my autism diagnosis, “... read more
