Horrible treatment. No compassion. No communication. Staff is rude and condescending. Care is non existent.
I am very grateful for my experience at the access center today. The staff was so amazing, caring ,empathetic. I have 8 days clean and sober and was experiencing major cravings today that almost lead me to a relapse ..I'm grateful I made the decision to not give in to that and went to the access center instead ..the staff Brook,Casey and the other very nice nurse I cannot remember her name ..helped me today so much and gave me hope..and listened and helped me with resources in the community and access to therapists in the co... read more
