My husband and I had a disappointing experience with Interior Logic Group, largely due to the behavior of one of their sales representatives named Megan. She appeared uninterested in helping us and was dismissive when we asked questions about the products. She seemed unwilling to provide correct information and made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as customers. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Builder used them and they have been one of the most incompetent businesses I've ever worked with. Our flooring was replaced due to a manufacturing defect of the first floor. They completely botched the reinstall. Several damaged planks from a fridge, several damaged planks from a toilet, several damaged planks from the installers box cutter, several improperly installed planks (one is so bad it's hardly in place at all), and dozens of dings and gashes in our walls.

By far the worst company I’ve ever worked with!! They have been incompetent, unprofessional, uncooperative, unresponsive, have left a job unfinished since last August - that’s nine months! Three no shows on the days agreed for them to finish the job. Next step is the Court!!!
