Imaging having your senior parent become seriously ill for the first time that you can remember. Add to that a week long hospital stay where the discharge day kept changing. Communication skills with admissions department is very awful and unprofessional. I sent over a referral on last Wednesday and called to follow up with no message returned and then when I reached them they stated they don't have the nurses to complete intake. I just do not understand!
