This was our first foray into home care services, so take that for what it is worth. We called the office to cancel and it took over two weeks to get a call back. There were several calls made by different family members as well. To begin, It was determined that an aid and an occupational therapist were needed. This is my second ultra negative experience with them. They are leaving me in the hospital for an extra three days because their nurses won't work the weekend. Interesting because in my first experience, my home care appointments were constantly getting changed around because my nurse claimed she kept getting last minute assignments. I hope this company is paying the extra hospital charges and paying for my ride home since now I won't have one. My first experience ended with the nurse taking her political views out on me. Interim is always responsive and helpful. They accepted a new referral and started care same day for my loved one! The visiting RN was kind and patient and provided medication education. Interim is my go to for quality and reliable home care.
My Therapist KayKay was very personable, caring and knowledgeable. He was on time and got me walking in 3 weeks. I love ❤️ how he encouraged me though strength and weight bearing exercises. THANK YOU 🙏🏽 so much Interim Healthcare for your staff.
Chloe Palovich is amazing! Our residents LOVE her. She is super kind, willing to change things up for the residents according to their needs and desires, very accommodating and fun to be with! We all love her and are so thankful she comes and volunteers to play games and lead exercises with our residents.
