These nurses were exceptional. We worked with Bob, Jordan and I believe Andrea (sorry if that's the wrong name it was a long night). She was on call when my father passed away and ended up being the one to come that morning. Absolutely the kindest most caring nurses/staff we could have asked for. Anything we needed, they answered and/or got for us. We only had them for 3 days but their compassion and care can not be forgotten.

My mom had many ugly times with a former hospice agency. Bottom line, my mom didn't die in a timely manner for them. I placed 1 more call to Interm Hospice after 2 horrible years with the agency mom had. From the first hello from Kristen to all of mom's angels ... Presley, Tina, Jessica, Melinda, Bri, and David. They have restored my faith in kind people. They treat mom with respect and dignity. And we , her family! They ask what can they do to help us also. They take their time. They are NEVER in a hurry. My Dad was accepted into Hospice (July 2024) and set up for 3 hours per day of personal care (Oct 2024), mostly due to the facility he lived in not meeting his needs. There are some very good people who work for Interim; the Hospice aid, Alyse, the receptionist, Carrie, who dealt with all my calls, the personal care staff and the people behind the scenes. as horrible as the situation was, we couldn't have done it without Renee and Gracie. They were literally sent by God. we don't connect with too many people, especially in the medical field, but my mother felt safe with them, and we all formed a genuine bond. I can't say enough about these two and how quickly they responded to calls and how reassuring and compassionate they were. Thank you again.
