Great Staff! – I have been to numerous spa's and I believe my experience here was top notch. The knowledable staff helped me in choosing a personalized service just for me. I decided to go with the "Travelers Tonic Massage" because it was a combo of all the good stuff IE swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy. My arrival was friendly and direct. Much to my liking. Great Experience, Great Service, Good Times – I received a notice that this spa recently opened and I figured I would break away from the norm and try it out. After my time at the I-SPA I feel compelled to write a review. First of all, the hotel is TOP NOTCH. Valle parking attendants were extremely nice and it is free for up to 3-hours. Massage-O-Rific – Excellent environment. The I-Spa has beautiful floor to ceiling windows, with an unfortunate view of Howard St. Fortunately I spent most of the therapy session face down so I didn't really notice much in the outside world. The staff was warm and welcoming when I arrived for my Deep Tissue Massage.
