Very good hotel, easy access and plenty of parking for a tour bus. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were ready & clean & cool upon arrival. Breafast buffet was set-up up for our group the following am and it was very good.
Chandmi did a fantastic job getting me checked in and clearing up an error in my reservation! Great way to start my visit to the hotel. Breakfast staff was incredible! Annie was probably the most cheerful breakfast staff I have ever met - a joy to wake up to!
The hotel was well maintained. Chandni, the front office manager, was very helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate the requests of my coworkers and I. The entire staff was great, but Chandni's personality and customer service helped her to stand out the most. I highly recommend this hotel.
I am a hurricane harvey survivor and i stayed here and Chandni the front desk manager was awesome whenever i need any help she always helped me out. Thank you very much. I would recommended this place
I stayed in this hotel for a block of orders. For the most part a decent stay. Staff was always friendly and generally hard working. Some of the staff does wait staff and front desk like Debie. Shuttle service was generally easy to get and with the amount of places right down the road there isn't much out of range. The staff was very accommodating with whatever came up and always friendly.
We loved it here. Me and my sister stayed here for a week and would have stayed longer! Stacey, at the front is the best! She was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The pool area is so nice with a great set up to enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Killeen.
As we entered the hotel we were met with a friendly smile and it got better from there. Chandni went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and pleased with the arrangement. Once we were settled in our rooms we received a phone call from Chandni checking to make sure that everything was operational and to our satisfaction. Since I travel a lot this was very refreshing!
I have traveled for work, for roughly 10 years now. I have stayed in countless hotels and hotel chains. The very second I walked into this Hotel, the front desk manager Chandni greeted me with smiles ear to ear. Her friendly attitude, her genuine and beautiful smile, as well as her eagerness to ensure I am enjoying my stay, goes above and beyond any place I have ever visited in the last 10 years.
Hotel staff was extremely courteous and cordial, and genuinely wanted to make sure my stay was pleasant. Front desk manager Chandni Patel went out of her way to make sure my accomodations fit a changed itinerary. Clean, well-kept, and convenient. Good job, and thanks!
