I appreciate all the service Dr. Griffin's office has to provide. The staff all know me by name and are always friendly. The doctor takes time to listen to me and believes me when I say something isn't right! She also takes the time to understand why something isn't the "right" way. Thank you Dr. Griffin and your staff for the wonderful service, even if the procedure wasn't a wonderful one!
As usual it was all wonderful. The girls are all so sweet and fun. Makes you want to bring glass of wine and have a fun night out. Seriously, it is a fun but very professional office. I thought Dr. Griffin was very straightforward, while also friendly. I thought she was very thorough and was able to confirm everything I already knew about my teeth. Also, she was very accomodating for me specifically. She told me right then and there that she was going to sit down to look at my x-rays and put a plan together then talk to the insurance lady Jaime and get the plan available to my benefits. I had not been to the dentist in over 15 yrs and was in need of one asap. I had sought out an array of options and after looking up Dr. Griffin and her office, she seemed like the best. I called in and was set up for an appt the same day! I felt bad I kept her past her normal leave time, but she did not hesitate at staying until I was taken care of. All I can say is she and her staff were very friendly and professional,
