Amber & Dr. Griffin deserve six stars for six hours work yesterday removing six old crowns and replacing them with six new ones....done with the ease of champions....that also included preparing new crowns and addressing the decay on my six underlying teeth that the "other dentist in town" never noticed for over 11 years, despite all those xrays and wing shots (and don't forget the chi-ching, chi-ching ($$) I gave him to tell me "great job brushing and flossing!" Results were, as always, pleasant and professional.
Its always difficult to find the time to get to the dentist, but everyone at Dr. Griffin's office works hard to make you feel that your business is valued and appreciated. Friendly, prompt, professional and courteous service is the norm. Amazing detail in diagnostic tools and Dr. Griffin makes you feel like she is your personal dentist by creating a plan for care that emphasizes what you feel is most important to your dental health. Really makes going to the dentist a pleasure.
I've lived long enough to have gone to a great many dentists. Dr. Griffin is by far the best. Visiting their office is almost like a family reunion. Doesn't it sound weird to say that I look forward to my next visit to the dentist? Well I do. They are special people at Dr. Griffin's office and they make me feel special too.
From the minute you walk in the door, the entire staff will greet you by name and make sure you are filled in on what the day's appointment will entail. While it is hard to carry on a conversation while sitting in a dental chair, they do keep you engaged and seem to really care not only about you, but your family. The dental care is outstanding. Dr. Griffin's office is wonderful. When you walk in, you are greeted in a friendly manner. You are assigned a dental hygenist that will stay with you each time you come to teh dentist. That is wonderful because you really become good friends with these people! On my first visit, they took pictures of my teeth (xray and digital pictures). They explained that they want to be able to remember my set of teeth. As always the Lady & her sweet little minions were superb as always...Dr. G did a wonderful job as always (no accounting for her equipment balks). Overall for me it was the most exhausting appt. I have experienced to date...but that's okay...Dr. G was in worse condition than me...I felt bad dragging her out of her sick-bed..
