This was my first filling (I had 3 done at one time) so I do not have much to compare it to, however, the injections were barely felt. During the first two injections, I literally was not sure if they had given me the injection yet. For 3 fillings, it took a total of 30 minutes for the procedure and most of that time was waiting for the injections to take full effect. Shannon Griffin was wonderful and very kind. Wow these guys know what they are doing! I'm very impressed. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, and their quality of work is amazing.
I preface this by saying that I loathe going to doctors of any sort, and I avoid it like the plague (or in this case plaque). I do not dread going to see Dr. Griffin or the folks at this office. Everyone in the front office, Lynn, Lori, others are friendly and helpful (which in my opinion is even more valuable than friendly). Dr. Griffin is an excellent dentist who doesn't "sugar-coat" what needs to be done and doesn't waste time or money (yes, I have previous experience with those that do and I hated it). It was wonderful. After not being there for so long it was a nice experience. Some dentists after such a long time would have gotten on to me but it was not like that. They let me know I was missed. Thank you.
