The owner is precious, the staff is sweet, and Alston has been a life saver for my crazy arm pain. Super calming environment too. Check them out!

I’ve been to many massage therapists for my scoliosis and fibromyalgia, however I could never find “the one.” Three weeks ago I attended the Women's Expo in Tulsa and won a massage at Integrity. I was scheduled right away with Tabbi. The massage was amazing and Tabbi knew all the right spots to tackle with the right pressure. I received a full body massage and it was heaven. Each time I go, from the moment I walk in, I am welcomed into a relaxing atmosphere. Alston listens to what areas I notice are needing attention and goes to work. From the first massage he has provided knowledgeable tips for maintaining the improvement experienced after each massage. Every time I limp in, I'm walking out smiling! Such a wonderful and healing place....Terri and staff and fantastic!! Highly recommend to anyone who needs some relief from pain or just muscle soreness. Try a raindrop massage for a New Year treat!

I first visited Integrity after receiving a discount from an event I attended last year. I have been back multiple times, happy to pay full price! The ladies here are so kind and professional. They listen to your concerns and really focus on your individual needs. They make you feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. I am a mom of 3 and work out at least 4 times a week, massages here have become my “me time” to take care of both my physical and mental health. I always book my next appointment before leaving!
