Reliable, fast, and as promised with our heavy duty pool cover and latch installation.
Cannot be any worse. I had asked them to be involved in a pool renovation project that included coordination with an excavator and a pool deck installer. They gave an initial quote on 4/28, and then disappeared. No response to 3 separate emails from me and 1 telephone message from 4/29 through 5/19. Totally unreliable. Totally callous to your situation and needs. They should add the words "Lack of" to the beginning of their name - it would describe them to a "T".
