IPC was great. They were so fast and painted my house in an entire day. So easy going, and very easy to talk to. Super helpful whenever I had questions and would definitely use again!
This company has made me leary of the review rating system. The person who gave us the quote said all the right things. In reality nothing was as it should be. The team was one person who arrived at 10 am and left by 1 each day. It took 17 days to paint our house and it was torturous. When we asked the project manager to intervene he sided with the painter. The paint job on my house looks great, the team went above and beyond to ensure a high quality of work. The job took longer than planned and deadlines were not given much weight. This being said, the job was also done as winter set in so wet weather slowed things down. Overall, a good job done.
I called and rescheduled our estimate appointment for 11:00am. Loyd said okay. Loyd never showed up. It’s weird because he sounded very professional and puntual over the phone. But he never showed up or called to reschedule. Bummer.
My contractor used this company for painting our addition to our house and they did a HORRIBLE job. We came home from vacation and all the painting was supposed to be done. Instead, almost nothing was painted and if it was it was, the paint job was horrible. My five year old could have done a better job. Drip marks, wrong sheen used to touch up places, etc. They left paint all over my sinks, my floor and counters. All their stuff was left piled in my entryway and laundry room.
