Anyone who has a problem with this company, please contact the Attorney General's office. The owner needs to be held accountable for taking people's hard earned money and not performing. There are many complaints with the AG and the more there are, the more serious attention will be paid. If anyone happened to get the name of their liability insurance company, please post it somewhere so we can try to file claims. I hired them in October 2017 to put additional insulation in my attic. Someone from the office called to tell me a scheduler would be in touch. No one called. I complained to their door-to-door sales person who said they would pass along my information to the office. No one called. I called them and was told the person I needed to talk to was in a meeting and would call me later. No one called. It is early December so I called again. ****said she would take care of it. Integrity Home Solutions took forever to complete the insurance-paid roof and gutter job we hired them for last year. They tried to get us to make final payment for the job BEFORE they ever came out and started the work, apparently because they were having trouble making payroll that month. We told them we would not, and they miraculously arrived to do the work before the end of the month (September, I think). The company appears to be out of business. Integrity Home Solutions' website gives a 404 and their physical offices are empty. We have been swindled out of several thousand dollars and will be pursuing legal remedies. If you see anyone presenting themselves as Integrity Home Solutions, know that they are a corrupt business.

I entered into a contract with these people on 12/15/17 and gave them $1000.00 down payment. They were going to be closed for the holidays from the 18th of December to the 8th of January. On the 15th of January I called the offrice to inquire and they were going to call me back. I called them again on the 19th of January and they informed me they had bad news for me. We were excited to find the type of siding we were looking for and the salesman said the project would be completed in 6-8 weeks. 16 weeks later they were done. At the 7 week mark, when we still hadn't had any updates, we called to find out the status of our job. We were told there were weather delays. Since St. Louis and vicinity is suffering through a moderate drought, not sure what kind of weather they were referring to. This company gave us a bid in Sep 2017 for a new shower and bathroom floor. Work was to be done in Nov but when we did not hear from them in early Nov we called and said it would not be until Dec. After hearing of other complaints with this company we asked for our deposit to be refunded and got nothing more than excuses. We drove from Shiloh IL to their office in St. Peters and was told by the owner that the office manager would have to write a refund check and that would not be until the next week. My fiance and I used Integrity Home Solutions to remodel our master bathroom and it was nothing but headaches. The work that was done was awful. We have called them numerous times to come back out and finish their work, to reinstall a new bathroom vent, to fix leaking pipes, and to fix our cabinets (which still hasn't been done).
