great service at reasonable prices
I called Integrety heating on Tuesday. I was on the phone 3 minuets and explained what was gong on. He did not ask to set an appointment, instead he gave me free advise too chech the air filer first, so I did not have too pay $100 for him to do that. He did not ask me for my name o phone number. He just gave FREE advise. I did what he said. The problem was still their, so I called him back the next day. He said he would come right over. He was at my door in 30 minuets. Did a great job. Brad came and looked at our cooler and determined he could put a bandage fix on it but no guarantee how long it would last, we decided to go with a new cooler, he gave us a reasonable price for installation and such, he did all the paperwork for the guarantee for getting it registered. Installation looks great. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for the tune ups on both the a/c and heater!
On time, great communication, does only the work that needs to be done. No overselling of service and products. Reasonable rates and works quickly to solve your problem. Super clean worker, polite and respectful of your home..
