Had an old A/C unit go out in my grandmothers place and was concerned for her in the Summer. She would have taken forever to get it fixed, she's so busy, so I took it upon myself to send over an HVAC company that was suggested to me. Integrity had a new A/C on order and installed with a quickness. I was happy with their knowledge and the work that they did. My grandmother was too.

I bought a new home and decided to remodel the bathroom. While remodeling I noticed that a lot of the ducting for my exhaust fan was poorly done and starting to deteriorate. I called up Integrity and asked them their opinion. They gave it to me over the phone and I felt good enough about their answer that I called them out to come help with the repairs. Highly recommended.

Maybe I'm one of those rare folks that cannot have anything come easy for them or maybe I'm just very unlucky. I moved in to a new home after it passed all of my inspections and three months later, post warranty, the air conditioning unit dies on me. As in dead. R.I.P. We had our air conditioner break on a particularly hot summer day. Those who live in Phoenix know that the hot days can be particularly dry and scorching. We thought we were going to have to stay with relatives because of this. We called Integrity and spoke to a guy named Brian. That same day they showed up and fixed our air conditioner. Our unit had to be replaced in its entirety. We had recently purchased a home, and had no idea that older units could break so instantaneously. They showed us how the unit had been destroyed due to wear and tear, and helped us select a new one. Since then, I've called them for maintenance twice, and have received good service both times.

My friend referred me to Integrity because she thought they were the best value in the area. They've been in business for over twenty years, and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. That should say enough about them. The only thing I didn't like was that they were a bit late in showing up to service our air conditioner, but it wasn't an emergency so it's totally understandable. I'll definitely call them the next time we have a problem with our AC.

Our air conditioner broke over the holiday weekend and my two dogs were alone in the apartment sweating. I called integrity, and they came right out and took a look at the problem. The parts weren't cheap to fix, but the labor was very reasonable. This is a no-frills sort of company that renders the service for you. I found them pretty honest in comparison to a few other local companies.

When we put an addition on our home my husband forgot to consider our central air and heating system. We tried to use it without heating, but it got way too cold in there. Luckily, Integrity came out and was able to install the ductwork into our new addition so we could now control the temperature in that room. They guys that came to my house were great. My husband and I have had this continuous argument about whether or not central AC would be cheaper or more expensive than having several window AC units in our home. At times, this discussion got pretty hot. Finally, I called Integrity to settle the dispute. The gentleman who I spoke to was very funny and super nice.
