Worst. Experience. Ever. Waited to months for ADHD testing after being referred by my old provider(Starllone, Better Outlook, also don’t go) and told them about being diagnosed with ADHD as a child. They have one person do the actual testing taking the notes, then a different person evaluating the testers notes, and gathering their idea of what they think is going on. Havent been able get anyone to contact me back about a billing issue. Management seems consistently disorganized and owner doesnt have the capacity to run their business.
Canceled last min the night before I had an appointment, with no reason. Had it set up for over month.
