I had a very good experience here! My massage was enjoyable! The space was private and relaxing!
If you are not a member of the small regular classes you will be treated like a freak. That was my experience. Later, their automated response system asked for my comments and I replied to them and it sent a "this is not a monitored system and you comments will not get to the business." Cheap. Pay a few more bucks and go someplace welcoming and nice. It's not worth being bullied and shamed here.
Amazing massage and facial today! I will definitely be back. Staff was awesome very friendly!
Amanda was my massage therapist, she was amazing and explained everything she was doing as it was my first massage. Robin did my nails and was very bubbly and personable!! They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I will most definitely be going back there again!! The atmosphere was so relaxing!
Best spa in CNY - I treat myself close to every other week to a facial and massage, safe to say I leave feeling like a noodle Love the staff, so relaxing - wouldn't think of going anywhere else for services!
I've stopped in a couple of times hoping for a manicure but they didn't have enough staff or time to get me in on a day I could be there. Now I just realized the GC I received as a gift already expired - they make them only valid for 6 months.
