I've had many massages in my life and I can honestly say the one done by David was by far, the best I've ever had!! Perfect pressure & thankfully worked out all the knots I always have in almost all of my muscles. Cannot wait fot thr next one!
I had my first treatment there today with Minna-she was amazing, and the Salt Glow treatment was so relaxing! I will definitely be going back as a regular client!

I was a little nervous coming in because it was my first time having a massage by someone I didn't know. I always had friends, "that were going to school for it" or said they were "good at massages" do them for me. I am very pleased with David and integrative health! David was very nice, with a calming demeanor that no longer made nervous for a "stranger" to touch me. The health spa was very clean, and also a calming atmosphere. I will definitely be a returning customer! I've got my 2nd massage already booked!
Mindy was terrific at my massage. She worked all the kinks out of my back and it feels awesome now. Definitely be back!
Great first experience! My appointment was with Mindy, and she did a great job with relaxing all my muscles and making me feel relaxed and comfortable. She also provided me with general everyday tips to keep my body in good health!
I was given a gift certificate for Integrative Healing, so I booked a 30 min massage with Amanda. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything because this was my first massage. I also decided to try the Ionic Detox Foot Bath while I was there. I matched the color of the water with the informative chart they had. It was pretty amazing to see what toxins had been pulled out! It was a very relaxing experience and I would definitely recommend Integrative Healing! I will be back!
Wonderful setting the staff is great and very knowledgeable and caring. If interested in massage therapy I would recommend going to them!
I had a 90 minute therapeutic massage. Mindy is awesome! Can’t wait to go back.
