Great place. Have had several massages and all of them have been amazing. Also have had a facial that was amazing!
The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing which is exactly what you want for a massage. Alicia did a great job. I felt much better when I left, than I did when I walked in. Having been to other massage therapists in the past, I can say Alicia is fantastic.
Had the worlds most amazing couples massage. Beautiful and calming atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

The yoga instructors at Integrative Healing Spa are welcoming to all levels of yoga experience, so don't be afraid to try something new! You won't believe how great you will feel when you walk out of the class until you try it for yourself.
I had a very relaxing chakra massage with Mindy. She was very professional and helpful in addressing a couple of physical concerns. I would highly recommend her for massages!
Very clean and inviting. Walked me through everything and made my first massage very comfortable.
